Description |
Hospitality Staffing Solutions is an Atlanta based leading outsourcer of full-time personnel and janitorial cleaning services for hotels, resorts and casinos.
HSS is looking for a Corporate Director of Housekeeping that will be responsible for the setup/training, Operation, and Execution of all Housekeeping Departments for the Housekeeping Division of Hospitality Staffing Solutions, which includes but is not limited to the recruitment for Director's of Housekeeping, Assistant Director's of Housekeeping, Supervisors, and Employee's. This candidate will also ensure that the staffing, planning, and organization of the Housekeeping Departments meet or exceed the hotels cleaning standards.
Will be responsible that each of the managers assignments are met to include but not limited to scheduling, day to day operation, daily work assignments, room inspections, payroll reports, inventory tracking, general administration is completed on a daily basis.
The Corp Dir of Housekeeping will be responsible for the organization of his/her transition team, hiring/training of all employees from Housekeeping Manager through housekeeping staff. He/She will also set up all chemical and equipment pars, employee orientation and training, and that our Standard Operation Procedures are implemented.

Requirements |
Successful applicant must be Bilingual Spanish/English and would display dynamic, positive leadership role. Strong Organizational and communication skills are a must. Minimum 7 years experience in a 700 plus room hotel as a Director of Housekeeping. Travel is required to visit hotels and when opening new accounts.
