Description |
Profile: As Marketing Coordinator, the candidate will work with the Marketing Director to set business objectives, define key strategies and brand positioning for the company's movie networks. Develop & execute marketing programs and coordinate the launch of new promotions. This position is responsible for marketing initiatives for specific markets, across multiple operators and must collaborate with the marketing teams at the regional offices.

Responsibilities:
ˇResponsible for development and execution of marketing/launch plans and brand positioning strategies.
ˇOversee the development, direction, control and implementation of all the region's marketing activities including customer communications, advertising, public relations, promotions, research, etc. track and report on the progress and outcome of marketing efforts
ˇTrack market and competitive marketing /communications efforts, maintain updated records, and provide regular feedback to the Marketing Manager and Regional Marketing teams on movies featured, loyalty, upgrade strategies, new releases, innovative ideas and Hollywood trends
ˇDevelop content and promotional programs for operators, movie distributors, web sites, etc.
ˇCollaborate with the Regional Marketing Manager:
a)Provide recommendations and strategy for in-store visual merchandising in Latin American market (customer service departments at cable/satellite operators)
b)Ensure that the marketing plan is implemented in the field and receive ongoing feedback for improvement.
c)Work on educational/sales tools to match marketing strategy and positioning for the corresponding movie network.
ˇManage the budget that has been allocated to the respective project and make recommendations to manage it as effectively as possible.
ˇEnsure that all copy issued from corporate office is adapted to local and marketing requirements.
ˇGive direction for creative layouts to freelancers, agencies and/or creative services (attend productions, post productions or photo shoots if necessary).
ˇTravel at least 25% of the time a year to the regional offices to keep in contact with the marketing staff.
The Marketing Coordinator will have the equivalent of a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, at least 5 years of relevant Spanish language marketing experience, be proficient with the programs known as Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook Express, etc.) and be fluent in the English and Spanish languages. He/she should live in Atlanta, GA. He/She should have permission to work/live in United States. The Marketing Coordinator will report directly to the Marketing Manager.
