We are recruiting for the following opportunity: Senior Human Resources Operations Manager
This career advancing opportunity supports the SVP Human Resources as advisor and sounding board in the development of Human Resources strategic business objectives. Facilitates development and execution of change management plans within the HR organization. Develops and tracks budgets. Executes ad hoc projects. Recommends ways to streamline workflows and improve business processes. Monitors key employment related metrics and identifies opportunities for improvement. Position requires experience dealing with strategic HR issues, conceptualizing and communicating business needs, and assisting in the development of data-driven HR initiatives.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
Supports SVP Human Resources and HR Leadership team by coordinating with chiefs of staff from other functional areas, collating budgets and monitoring expenses, facilitating meetings, executing process policy development and communication, coordinating M&A activities, and managing key cross-functional projects.
Partners with HR Directors and Managers to optimize people, structure, process and culture. Assists in assessing the human impact of strategic business objectives within functional areas. Facilitates HR Policy design in accordance with business needs. Provides Strategy-Implementation-Impact Analysis in support of global, regional and local business practices.
Provides recommendations on process improvement initiatives, analysis of systems, data and metrics to improve program efficiency and increase the implementation capabilities of HR programs worldwide.
Facilitates implementation and change management for HR initiatives and program rollouts (e.g., benefits, compensation, communications, policy changes, employment strategies). Monitors and reports on HR Gantt chart progress.
Establishes process and standards for development, implementation and communication of policies. Recommends related systems support.
Works with HRMS to implement production of HR metrics reporting; identifies issues relating to alignment and opportunities for integration to key HR initiatives.
Manages cross-functional project teams to leverage eWorkplace as a central communication tool for employees and managers.
Evaluates human capital initiatives and needs assessments for assigned projects. Conducts in-depth analyses and develops and proposes plans for implementation. Monitors and measures effectiveness in order to enhance employees job and business function performance. Ensures integrated and cost effective solutions segment business needs.
Collects information on human resources best practices and trends from industry competitors and recognized 'employers of choice,' analyzes and presents findings to HR Leadership Team.
The ideal candidate should possess:
Experience across multiple human resource functions.
Knowledge of general business management principles and practices.
Familiarity with human resource laws and regulations.
Awareness of current industry trends and standards.
Well-developed persuasive, explicative and cooperative communication skills.
Experience collecting and analyzing data from multiple sources.
Experience dealing with sensitive, confidential, or proprietary information.
Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Initiative and independent judgment.

Requirements |
For consideration the candidates must have a BA/BS degree in human resource management, business administration or related field or equivalent education and experience; Seven years progressive HR experience with a focus on HR metrics, business process analysis, project management, and change management.
