*Examining Opportunities for future Agency growth by:
Examining existing client accounts for new opportunities and developing strategies to capture those opportunities by offering more of our service capabilities.
Seeking to enhance our corporate image within the advertising and communications community.
Seeking out new business opportunities with the Business Development Team, and playing a supporting role in the development of those opportunities.
Adding revenues and profits to the company in the areas of new business development both new business with existing clients and new business from newly acquired clients.


Requirements

The Group Account Director is responsible for:

Ensuring that client needs are being met by monitoring and guiding the activities of the departments and personnel that provide direct services to clients.
Maintaining an effective level of direct contact with the client(s).
Account Managers/Supervisors/Account Executives shall report to the Director of Account Services.
Working closely with the heads of E.V.P. Finance & Business Management and the Business Development Team.
Helping to develop Leadership, Stabilization and Profitability of current Agency business to include:

1.Maintaining and improving the profitability of the company.
2.Oversight of the maintenance of various assigned client portfolios.
3.Preserving an effective dialog as needed with all clients by interaction with client counterparts to ensure the proper analysis, planning and implementation of existing marketing strategies.
4.Assisting in the review and implementing of marketing strategies.
5.Helping to ensure that client account needs are properly and efficiently met and communicating with the V.P. Strategy & Development and other members of the Management Team if changes are needed.
6.Providing damage control with respect to client initiatives and implementing effective remedies for such when needed.
