Description

The Regional Sales Advisor will be responsible for establishing and maintaining PAIR (Power Agent Incentive Rewards program) relationships or equivalent line of business program. This sales position will also be responsible for outbound initiatives to build existing and develop new PAIR/agent relationships. The incumbent will focus on website navigation/ training for OMFN's website, SalesLink. This person will serve as a liaison between MGA administrative/ sales staff and various OM Financial departments. The RSA may have some MGA responsibilities (back-up to Regional Coordinator).

Organization
This position reports directly to the Regional Manager, but works closely with the Regional Vice President (RVP) and Regional Coordinator.

Duties and Responsibilities
Establish strong relationships with new and existing PAIR/writing agents in region
Develop expert knowledge of specific account requirements as they relate to Home Office service capabilities and procedures to include relationships with TPAs, Operations, and other OMFN departments
Develop expert knowledge of OMFN's website
Develop expert product knowledge
Coordinate and complete outbound call campaigns to PAIR agents and Key Accounts as it relates to OMFN products, processes and people
Answer incoming calls responding to PAIR, MGA and Key Account product training needs
Conduct new account installations (how to do business with OMFN) and provide weekly virtual training to PAIR agents, using WebEx, Brain Shark and PowerPoint tools
Support departmental sales goals and territorial objectives by working closely with RVP and RC
Initiate and coordinate projects as assigned by Manager


Requirements

Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing or Insurance
Or, minimum three years of experience in Insurance or Financial Services Industry

Skills and Abilities
Strong problem solving skills
Oral, written and interpersonal communication skills are critical
Proficient computer skills in Word, Excel and PowerPoint required

Physical Demands and Work Environment
Must be able to work in a fast pace team environment, handle multi-tasks and projects as well as support inbound and outbound calls from agents and MGAs.
